I wasn't aware that there was a video associated with the song, but I've got 
a vinyl album from back then which includes the song.

That's "fuzzy wiggly toes", btw.

Going by the hairdos and eye makeup on his chorus line, (as well as his own 
Spock hairstyle) this would definitely date from during the run of TOS.
