[overflow] smuggling drugs (was "Caffeine")

I think if it's over the counter where you're coming from and you have a
halfway plausible excuse you'll be OK.  My sister-in-law returned from
Mexico with ~180 tablets of ketoconazol, declaring them at the
border.  Strange; the stuff comes only in 200mg tablets ... here or in
Mexico ... and the vet suggested 1 tablet/day for a 22 pound dog.  It
seems like that would be 5-10x the human dose, but Pixel seems to be
doing just fine on it.
