I was a good student. I got called in and lectured for the following: Other Girl, wearing a cross around her neck, "You're a Jew." Lee: "Yes, and you're a Christian." Other Girl: "No, I'm not. I'm a Catholic." Lee: "Didn't your mother tell you? Catholics are Christian." Other Girl: "Don't insult my mother." Then she swung at me. The Girls Vice Principal told me not to insult her mother and not to try changing the subject by explaining that I hadn't. I have since found out that some Catholics are taught that they are Cath9olics and that non-Catholics are Christians. It still feels weird to me. --Lee
