Keyboard can either record-and-play-back -- with human variation but human error -- or accept a score on a note-by-note basis, which would be accurate but takes a bit more time to enter. Doable either way, but time spent rehearsing the keyboard is time not spent rehearsing the voice... > Bless you. Did I sneeze? Actually, I could use blessing; the move was more stressful than expected, and they did manage to ding some of the furnishings, specifically including a table that I told them I wanted them to be careful with because it may be antique. (It's definitely great-Aunt Lily, whether or not it's Aunt Eek.) The real question is whether the floor joists will take seven more people. The movers report that this delivery added up to 4420 pounds -- and this was just the tools and the books and a few big-but-relatively-light pieces. Apparently my guess was correct: Half of what I own, by weight, is books. -- ------------------------------------------------------ Joe Kesselman, http://www.lovesong.com/people/keshlam/ Appearing February 10 at Walkabout: Pete Seeger and Tao Rodrigues -- order in advance! http://www.WalkaboutClearwater.org/coffeehouse.html
