15 minutes of material: Sounds like it should be "OK Choralle and One-Shots". We could try to actually _teach_ the Star Wars Canon, if folks feel solid enough to try to lead an audience section That'd soak up a significant amount of time. But it would require that we be really solid on it, and able to hold it against a confused audience. There's my extended version of Long Wing Feathers... but we haven't even attempted that; unless folks are feeling _really_ brave it really is too late to go for it now. Another option for filler would be a solo or three with folks backing up choruses... which is largely what we're planning on doing with Cat Boys anyway, nicht war? Again, I think we'd want to rehearse those a bit. Personally, I'd rather have Sunday than Saturday, but Oh Well. Question: Are folks willing to commit to an hour or three of rehearsal at the con? I'd suggest we wander off for some nontrivial amount of time Friday evening, and I'd _STRONGLY_ suggest we do a final run-through Saturday starting no later than noon and ending no later than 1 (to allow an hour's rest before performance). Remember that we need practice time with our Translator(s) on Dies Ille. -- ------------------------------------------------------ Joe Kesselman, http://www.lovesong.com/people/keshlam/ Opinions expressed are solely those of the author
