I've emailed back to say that I don;t think it changes anything. Does 
anyone disagree?

I simply don't have the time, knowledge or ability to do it. And I already 
have problems because it's assumed by default that I'll handle everything.
Lissa has said many times that she is NOT running Worldcon.

We really do need somebody or bodies to handle things, and soon. Paul is 
obviously getting antsy, and with perfect justification.
