Maybe the last programme items could be concert slots from (say) 19.30 until 21.00. With a dinner break from (say) 18.00 until 19.30, that means people have some time to take instruments back to the hotel if they aren't giving a concert, go to dinner, then see concerts and head back to the hotel for open filk starting at 21.30 or 22.00? If Green Room is open until at least 20.00, there's a possible place to store instruments for those giving concerts. Perhaps we could have a staffer each night to be the Green Room Instrument Monitor? I like this a very lot, but want to make sure others agree.
