[interactionfilk-discuss] Sam winners/Pegasus winners concert(s)

Hi All,

I'm not volunteering to organise or run either of these, but:

How about having, on separate days, a Sam winners concert and a Pegasus 
winners concert.  Sams have now been awarded for six years, and at four 
per year 24 have been handed out, so we should be able to find enough 
people to perform an hour's worth of material for the Sams concert.  If 
the original writer is available it could be sung by them, if not, or 
if preferred, it could be covered by someone else.  The same would go 
for the Pegasus concert.  Having both concerts would be a good way for 
us all to share some of our best efforts with each other and with the 
potential new blood in the audience.

(It wouldn't surprise me if a Pegasus winner's concert had been a 
feature at previous worldcons.  Since I haven't been to one since 
Intersection '95, I'm a little bit out of touch...).

Anyway, that's my twopenn'orth.
