Hi Folks,

Take note, I've changed my email address to reflect my new married name!  So
don't be alarmed when you see our notices coming from BPLetter instead of
BPRiedel.

Our first performers this month are ‘Natural’ Bob and Micky Holdsworth.
Below is a short bio and an attached photo.  Be sure to check out their

A bit about our performers:

‘Natural’ Bob and Micky Holdsworth are songwriters whose inspirations come
from the hard won triumphs and all-to-easy slip-ups of everyday lives.  Their
shows are built on a foundation of original songs written in
tie-dyed-in-the-wool folk/rock style.  However, they won't pass up a good
song, even if they didn't pen it.

For over 25 years Bob has been a studio musician, songwriter and performer in
the Chicago area.  An accomplished guitarist, his wide ranging styles include
jazz, bluegrass, new wave, country rock and traditional fiddle tunes.

Musical influences of the Beatles, the Byrds, and the San Francisco bands of
the late sixties can be heard in both his guitar playing and songwriting.
Through recordings of Doc Watson and Jerry Garcia/David Grisman, he picked up
idioms of old-time and bluegrass guitar.  These days Bob performs with his
wife Micky on Bass and guitar.
