Saturday July 13th & Sunday July 14th, don’t miss the music event of the summer:  The Old Town School of Folk Music's 5th annual CHICAGO FOLK & ROOTS FESTIVAL!  Brought to you by LaSalle Bank. 

Two days of global music under the sun in Welles park, at Lincoln and Montrose. 

Featuring artists like the Sam Bush Band (Bluegrass), Ricardo Lemvo & Makina Loca (Congo), Pine Valley Cosmonauts (allstar lineup of 21 players), Lil’ Band O’Gold (Louisiana supergroup), Geno Delafose & French Rockin Boogie (Zydeco), Culture (Jamaica), Huun Huur Tu (Tuva), Los Folkloristas (Mexico), Fruit (Australia), and dozens more!
