[ChiFilk-Ann] Musical Event - Da Vinci's Notebook in the Chicago area!

	Da Vinci's Notebook, the wonderful east-coast acoustic-rock band,
has finally deigned to include Illinois on their tour schedule, and will
be performing in Peoria this weekend, March 8 & 9. There are two shows
each night, at 8PM and 10PM, at Brewster's on Water Street (619B SW Water
Street, Peoria, IL - 309-637-4386). The band's website is at

	These guys are wonderful. Their harmonies are TIGHT, their
arrangements are gorgeous, they do the best style pastiches I've *ever*
heard, and some of their original lyrics are wonderfully twisted. I
understand from friends who live far to the east that their live shows are
NOT to be missed, and that the CD can't even approximate the kinds of
schtick they do on stage. I intend to find out for myself. Care to join
