Firstly, let me plug something I'm *not* running - in fact, it's the 
reason I'm on the 4th weekend, because it's always on the 3rd (or darn 
close). It's sort of a concerty thing, happening regularly. Here's some info

If it's supposed to move and it doesn't, spray with WD-40.
If it's not supposed to move and it does, wrap with duct tape.
If it's more complicated than that, use a Swiss Army knife.
