[ba-filk] Upright piano for sale

Most filkers don't really go for a piano, but you never
know!  

We have an old (probably 50 years or so) upright piano,
Chase & Baker brand.  It is in pretty good shape, and
still has good sound, although it is over due for
tuning (but that would need to happen after it was
moved, anyway).

Asking $400.  The piano is in Oakland, and does not
need to go up or down stairs to be moved.
