Subject: Steve's "Reba" on Friday...


To all friends and family:

When is a TV not a TV?  When it's an enchanted magic story telling machine,
as it will be this Friday, March 16, when the WB Network's hit sitcom "Reba"
airs an episode entitled "The Best Defense"... written by Steve Stajich.

As most of you know, I've been working as a consultant to "Reba" this
season, but this episode marks the first time I've had a solo "written by"
credit on a half hour series. As Joan is wont to say, "Well, that only took
14 years." So it's a pretty big deal, and I think you will enjoy the show
since it features women fighting and plenty of jokes.

All kidding aside, I feel blessed indeed to be working on a pleasant family
series during this, the dark horrible hour of so-called "reality" television
shows.

Thank you in advance for canceling any plans you had to go out this Friday
night. Believe me, for raucous comedy entertainment at its best, you need
travel no further than your remote.
