[ba-filk] ba-filk...it's back!

    As most of you know, ba-filk and ba-filk-announce died when Best's
listserv crashed.

    It's now been recreated, thanks to filknet.org, using the ba-filk list's
membership as we could best recreate it.

    If we erroneously resubscribed you to ba-filk should you have
