[ba-filk-announce] September House Filk

                              House Filk

We're honored to be hosting two Dutch women. They're coming for
LAConIV, and
staying until September 27th to meet local filkers and fen plus do some
touristing. This is the date that works for everyone, so come and meet
these
nice ladies.

Bring your swimsuits if you're interested in getting into the pool. The
pool will be
available and warmed by solar heating, so it should be very comfortable.

We've also made some other changes in our home, and the allergen count
should
be reduced by the elimination of carpeting in the family room.

The outdoor deck will be available for music until 9:00 p.m., and then
we'll
have to bring it inside in consideration of our neighbors.

Allergy Alert: Cats hiding in the master bedroom. We have cat-free
zones and
an outdoor deck. We make every effort to de-cat our home
before
                an event.

To de-cat: Cleaning done to minimize exposure to cat allergens.
Anything that
can raise dust is completed 24-hours before the event. We do
this
to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable.

Swimming Rules:
Absolutely no one swims alone. Hey, even we don't swim alone.

Parents/legal guardians who can swim must be with their children while
