    With the Divine Intervention release party rapidly approaching next
weekend, here's the latest party information.

* Attending the Chantey Sing without attending the party?

    Be sure to contact Hyde Street Pier so that they have an RSVP in your
name. E-mail if you need this information. Otherwise, I've taken care of
your reservation.


* Party Reservations

    If you haven't already RSVP'd, please do so ASAP so that we can have
sufficient sushi on hand. (About 20 people have done so.)


* Sushi Reservations

    Taking requests for sushi. If you'll definitely be coming, please e-mail
the rolls you'd most like to see.

    There's no guarantees it'll be uneaten when you *arrive*, but it'll most
likely be here for you the party starts.


* Would you like to carpool from Silicon Valley?

    Chris Illes <cmi@bp2b.com> is seeking a car-share partner for the event,
to Daly City BART (or all the way).


* I'm sure I'll offend someone by offering, but...

    Many of you have expressed interest in getting digital MP3 copies of the
out-of-print filk albums that you already own, but which are trapped in
rapidly dying bodies of analog cassettes.

    I have at least a gigabyte of Off Centaur MP3s on my Macintosh; you are
welcome to bring a Firewire or USB drive to the party. Just remember to
bring a compatible cable.

    Sorry, no CD burner, but Type I DVD-RAM media works. Please e-mail in
advance if you'd want to do this.


* Token Shameless Promotional Stuff

    The Divine Intervention CDs should be back on December 4th, ready in
time for the party!

    We will also have wickedly cool, reasonably-priced Divine Intervention
t-shirts from Medium through 5XL. (Details omitted since this is a party
announcement, not a sales pitch.)
