    About a month ago, best.com's mailing list server crashed, taking along
with it the ba-filk and ba-filk-announce mailing lists.

    ba-filk-announce is now back up, using the mailing list services kindly
offered by Mike Whitaker and Rob Wynne, through their filknet.org server.
(Thanks also to John O'Halloran for reconstituting the mailing list.)

    In case you're receiving this message at the wrong address --- or know
someone who lost their subscription --- the new server has a web-based user
interface, at <http://lists.filknet.org/cgi-bin/listargate.cgi>.

    (We'll get to bringing back the ba-filk discussion list in a few more
weeks when time is available.)

    Please drop a line if I can be of any help to anyone in moving over to
our new home filknet.org!
