Michael, just because my nails are long doesn't mean I don't need to take
care of them. "Manicure" just means to take care of the fingernails, and I
certainly have to do that, all the time. There was a very brief discussion
at some point about my ability to repair a fingernail with a ping pong ball
and a coffee filter. Now, it's true that my clue about coffee filters comes
from Becky Walters the nailcare goddess, but one of my special talents is to
impart fascinating bits of useless knowledge to other people, so I figured
it couldn't hurt. The ping pong ball, btw, is a classical guitarist's trick.
