Thanks to everybody who braved last night's monsoon-like weather and came
out to the Borders show. We had trees down, transformers blowing right and
left, people without power at their homes, and a whole lot of soggy Sisters
fans who came out /anyway/! Thanks, everybody. It was our second annual
Valentine's Day show at Borders, and we did our usual array of songs about
love. You know, the kind of love that makes you sing sweet songs and pine
away-- and the kind of love that makes you want to kill people. ;)
I hope that we'll see everybody local who didn't come out last night up in
Acworth, and even a whole bunch of you who /did/ come last night should come
ahead, too. We didn't do very much pagan material last night, and we'll do
all the pagan stuff tonight at Harvest Cafe. We have at least one new song
you've probably never heard us play before, so please come out and check out
tonight's venue. It is not supposed to rain, but it may be chilly, so dress
appropriately. It's a big room, but not very drafty, the food is great, and
the shop next door has great stuff in it, too. I sent directions out a few
days ago, but if you have problems interpreting them, just send email to the
list, and one of us will likely get back to you in time for you to make it
to the gig tonight. If you need immediate help (like, you got lost or
something, and you need help getting there), the phone number at Harvest
Cafe is 678/445-1812.
Remember, we're trying to fill this guy's house so he'll invite us back! We
look forward to seeing all of you there.
Hugs,
Gwen
